Well the holiday season is over and time to unwind this week before the the madness starts again next week.
The runup to Christmas was fantastic with loads of courses and all the fun that involved.
The events I cooked for during Christmas included feeding a groom and his family on the morning of the wedding, an after-party for another wedding party with a vegan , celiac element (which was a new challenge for me), a going away supper for a lovely girl heading off on her travels and of course not forgetting my best lads in the Sligo Hurling Team who I feed 3 times a week.
So back to my plans for the spring. keep those Just Look and Cook books flying out the door, courtesy of my local courier Jason, run loads of courses for many different organisations and start taking bookings for Communions and Confirmations.
